Supplies are ordered in smaller batches to ensure freshness when the customer are used, herbal balls are never re-used and fresh towels are changed for each guest. These are some of our commitments to provide you with the best services, at reasonable prices.

The original Phrom Chai branch is a white 2-storey townhouse located on a quiet sidestreet from Sukhumvit road.

Remark :

You can take BTS Skytrain to Phrom Phong Station, take exit 5. Walk to Sukhumvit Soi 35 (Sahasang Lamps on the right / Siam Swan on the left) and go straight for 500 metres, then turn right to Soi Phrom Chai. Walk for another 50 metres and the spa is on the right. - approx. 5-10 minutes walking

Any cancellations MUST be cancelled through our office not less than 3 business days prior to the spa scheduled date and NOT through the spa office, only written cancellation notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted. Otherwise there will be charged full amount (Non refund).
In case of NO-SHOW, Non refund will be made (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice).
